He obtained his LL.B (Hon’s) and LL.M from the University of Chittagong. He was a practicing lawyer before joining BCS (Taxation) Cadre in 2012. Currently, he works at the Tax Policy Wing in NBR. Thus, he has acquired laudable experience in law framing, enforcing and counseling.
