অ্যাডভোকেট আরিফ আহমেদ

Arif Ahmed is an Advocate at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Law and Justice in Southeast University. Formerly he worked as a Lecturer at the Department of Law and Justice in the Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT). He has also worked as a Research Associate in SEN Human Development Research Center (HDRC). His research work in that organization was on "The Land Use Policy of Bangladesh" in the project, “Land Law Review & Drafting of Land Laws for Bangladesh”. Mr. Ahmed is also a Member of the Dhaka Bar Association. He was born in a prosperous Muslim family in Netrokona. He has passed S.S.C from Mymensingh Zilla School and H.S.C from Notre Dame College with distinguished result. He has completed LL.B. (Hons) and LL.M. from University of Dhaka and was placed first class in LL.M. His major area of works and field of interest include International Human Rights Law and International Refugee Law. He aims to develop his career through teaching law and aiding people who are seeking justice in Bangladesh
