About Katar Singh
Katar Singh is an academic, research scholar and author.

He is also the author of Cooperative Management of Natural Resources and Environmental Economics: Theory and Applications.

Katar Singh has a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois. He has more than 40 years of teaching and research experience. He has published numerous papers in reputed technical journals. He has also taught at GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology. He has headed various organizations and committees on rural and agricultural development. He is now the Honorary Chairman of the India Natural Resource Economics and Management Foundation.
