E-Banking Services in Bangladesh An Empirical Study on Customers' and Bankers' Satisfaction (Paperback)

DR. Mia Muhammad Mustafiz Munir was born in 1974 in Jhenaidah, Bangladesh. Lipon Mustafiz is his pen name. He completed SSC from Dinajpur Zilla School, Dinajpur and HSC from Dhaka College, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He graduated from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, Sylhet, (SUST) from the Department of Economics. Mr. Mustafiz completed MBA in Human Resources Management from American Liberty University, London and MSc. in Financial Management from the University Of East London, England. He also obtained a diploma degree in Information Technology from London. He has completed PhD degree from Jahangirnagar University, Savar, Dhaka, under the Department of Economics. Currently he is working as an Assistant General Manager and Faculty of BASIC Bank Training Institute, BASIC Bank Limited. Furthermore, , he is an adjunct faculty of few public and private universities in Bangladesh and now he acts as a speaker at various Banking Training Institute. Several articles published in national and international newspapers and journals. His poems, stories and features were published in various national papers. During his student life at SUST he involved himself as a very active cultural worker and he was founder member of SHIKOR. His various books " e banking in Bangladesh(2010)", "enclyopedia of methods and techniques of modern banking (2016)", "nairit", " ebanking....." are available in the markets. Besides, he is a regular column writer. He is married to Subrosa Kabir who is Assistant Manager of BASIC Bank Limited. He has a son and a daughter, Oryaon Mustafiz and Himika Mustafiz. He has two sisters Salma Sultana and Asma Sultana. Travelling is his hobby; he travelled many countries such as India, England, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Italy, UAE, France, Uzbekistan, Qatar, Liechtenstein, Vatican City, SriLanka, Bhutan and Malaysia.
