This book is based on a true story and written by me. That is always my ambition and interest to read books and learn history. Same time I always wanted to write novels from my childhood. Specially after I joined politics in my country Bangladesh and Britain. I have already written 4 books based on true stories including Behind The Window. This book contains the history of my grandfather, my father and myself, also consists of British communities, Bangladeshi communities Asian communities and Africans communities. I hereby highlighting the situation of UK in 20th century for the information present and future generations, for not only UK and abroad also Bangladesh. One of is my political activities and my biography, my second book is about my ancestors and the family. The third book was is hidden political history of Bangladesh (A Path Of Dempcracy Of Bangladesh). Behind The Window is a story hidden. Before I migrated to the UK, I was born in Bangladesh. Many scholars were born in Deulgram village. They are living all over the world. About more than ten thousand inhabitants of Deulgram are living abroad particularly in UK, USA and the Middle East. It’s about my family legacy and multi-cultural communities in UK. I hope this the book will help give the information to our future generations and the communities to learn. So, they will not forget their roots and background of the history of Britain and also for National and immigrants from different countries. According to my research 70 percent of migrated people don’t know the history of UK for the last one century. Even if I ask Whiteman or British Indians where is Black Country? I am astonished to say that they are unable to answer, or they confused to answer. Or they get confused about what to say? But some says Africa, India etc. As I am British Bangladeshi Muslim living in Uk, my generations to generation will be living in the UK in the future. Since I was British born I spent all my life in the UK and my life will end here. It is very vital to leave the history behind in writing and as a documentary. Now it is my sixth generation running in Britain. To write this book, I was inspired and enthusiastic by my wife Mrs. Sufia Khanom Uddin, and my children’s Osman Mohammed Rabbi, Mahbuba Khatun Jannath, Omar Mohammed Shafi, and Sumaya Khatun Jannath Uddin, and My dearest daughter in law Ferdousy Akthar Rima and my son in law Athaur Khan Rinto to write this book. I congratulate them for their inspiration and enthusiasm and encouragement and their love. I also thank my friends from Iraq Dawood, others from Sri Lanka Suthan, Gajon. Waleed Ahmed, Abul Kalam Ripon, Ali Farzin from Iran. Habibur Rahman, Md. Jahangir Alam from Bangladesh. This book is dedicated to my mother Taslima Khatun (Misira) who supported me through all her life. I pray to Allah to grant her Jannathul Ferdous (one of the best and Highest heaven) Ameen. I hope you all will enjoy reading this book. If there are any suggestions please do not hesitate to inform me. I will be happy to take this into the account.
