The book has highlighted the challenges of Bangladesh-India land border management and its impact on national security with some recommendations. The author has emphasized the policy and decision makers’ research-based concept, wisdom and sympathetic considerations, bilateral coherent approach for identifying the root causes of heinous cross-border activities, and humanistic approach for its solution.
The volume would serve as a guide for understanding the root causes of the challenges and as a management tool for the relevant authorities, such as border management agencies and government ministries responsible for border management in conjunction with other stakeholders.
