He has worked as Group Head of HR, Administration & Legal Affairs (General Manager, HR) at Arbab Group. He has worked as Executive Director, HR & Administration at Way Group. At present he is the Founder & CEO of Learn and Grow, an Institute of Learning and Development. He has been working as HR & Labor Law Consultant. He has been working also as International Consultant, HR with Enquire USA. Mr. Islam obtained B.
