It is said that law is nothing but common sense codified. Organizing a book for legal drafting and conveyancing requires perusing almost every area of law. This is one discipline of law which requires complete devotion, focused attention and consistent hard work.
Indeed this gives me immense pleasure while my students try doing something innovative as well as good in the legal arena. There is hardly any movement of a human being, hardly any relationship between the members of the society and, to be short hardly any human activity which is not governed by one or the other law. And conflicts in these legal positions have to be solved in legal way. Thus drafting bears invaluable significance.
It is apparent that the authors of this book tried to present critical areas of drafting legal papers in a different, flexible and classic way along with citing/discussing respective laws. And this idea, I believe, apart from traditional books; will of course provide an extra hand to the students and the lawyers as well.
However, I wish a very prosperous future of the authors and I hope they will be continuing their research and efforts in the legal arena for presenting more invaluable works.
