Legal Research Methodology Research is to re search with the help of best tools and techniques. In Research Methodology, a researcher always tries to search the given question systematically in his own way and find out all the answers till conclusion. If the researcher does not work systematically on the problem, there would be less possibility to find out the final result. Research is important both in scientific and non scientific fields. In our life, new problems, events, phenomena and processes occur every day. Practically implementable solutions and suggestions are required for tackling new problems that arise. Therefore to give a new look to the emerging dimensions of legal research, I have developed an idea, from a seminar cum workshop organized by my department and coordinated by me, to find and formulate new ideas of scholars working in the field of Research Methodology. I have tried to bring thought provoking views by way of this piece of literature.
This book is designed specifically for students with no previous experience or knowledge of research methodology.
