He has authored Human Resource Management, Management: Leading People and Organizations in the 21st Century, and Essentials of Human Resource Management. Gary Dessler works as a professor of Business at Florida International University's College of Business Administration in Miami. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Science from New York University. Later, he did his Master’s from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Bernard M.
