সমরেন্দ্রনাথ রায়

S. N. Roy completed his schooling in Delhi and graduated in Electrical Engineering with Honors from IIT Kharagpur in 1965. He began his professional journey with Indian Oil Corporation and later joined BHEL, where he retired as Executive Director, Bhopal, in 2003. After his retirement he became Independent Director of Techno Electric Engg Company and WPIL. He is a practicing engineer still. Postretirement, he authored several books, including: Management Book in English, Management Books in Hindi, Bengali Short Story Collections and English Short Story Collection. Twenty years after retiring from BHEL, he penned a book capturing his extensive learning and experiences in both public and private sectors.
