Through the Rhymes

Asif had many talents, but his main passion was poetry writing. He believed that, “a poet is a human, a man, a soul - searching for truth.” Asif showed his talent in poetry writing when he was in 2nd grade. I was very impressed and showed his first poem to everyone. It’s been a long time but I still remember his first poem: “Oh no, she kissed me on the face, Its a kiss I must erase. Good bye, I’m off to wash my face.” Throughout his junior years, Asif showed his love and passion for drawing. He bought books on art, paint, paintbrushes, charcoals, pencils, canvass and many related materials. Asif spent a lot of hours, energy and money after painting.  He wanted to be an artist and study art in college.
