Dimitri becomes a Strigoi, and is perhaps in Siberia. What is the deal that is going to change their lives forever? Will they stand firm to their decision or is their love towards each other going to take its toll? This part of the series emphasises on Rose’s emotional conflicts as she journeys to Russia in order to search for her true lover, Dimitri and keep her promise. Will her hunt lead her to Dimitri? Is her journey going to be smooth or does it have difficulties in store for her?
About Richelle Mead Richelle Mead is a fantasy, teen and adult fiction author. Apart from this book she has authored several other books under a series of novels titled as the Georgina Kincaid Series, Dark Swan Series, Vampire Academy Series, Bloodlines Series, and Anthologies.
She was born on November 12, 1976, in Michigan. She acquired her General Studies degree from the University of Michigan. She holds a Master’s degree from Western Michigan University in the discipline of Comparative Religion. She also holds another Master’s degree in teaching from the University of Washington. She has won the Teen Read Awards and Goodreads Choice Awards in 2010 for Best Teen Series and Goodreads author respectively. She also won the Goodreads Choice Awards in 2011 for Best Graphics Novel and Comics for the Vampire Academy Series.
