সৈয়দ রাশিদুল হাসান

Prof. Dr. Syed Rashidul Hasan (Born in 1952) is a renowned educationist and Professor of Marketing in the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management, University of Dhaka. He obtained his Master of Commerce in Marketing from the same University. He is the first ever researcher in Bangladesh who received PhD in Tourism Marketing from University of Economics and Business Science, Athens, Greece. He is also serving as visiting professor of Indira Gandhi University, Haryana, India. Dr. Hasan served as the Treasure of University of Dhaka (2002- 2006), Pro-Vice Chancellor (2006 2007), and then Vice Chancellor (in Charge) of National University, Bangladesh (2007-2008). He is the author of 4 research books and 3 text books and has contributed more than 35 articles/research papers published nationally and internationally. He has visited 13 more countries around the world in connection with study and lectures in seminars, conferences and workshops.
