M Abdul Aziz is the Executive Director of BIIT. He did his Bachelor and Masters (Political Science) from Dhaka University in 1994 and 1995 respectively. He also did MS from IHS of National University in 2002. He taught Political Science/GED/UR courses at Asian University, Northern University, Southeast University, IIUC (Dhaka Campus) and Manarat International University from the year 2001 to 2010 as Lecturer and Assistant Professor respectively. He is the author of a book entitled 'প্রাচ্যের রাজনৈতিক চিন্তা' (Oriental Political Thought), published by Oracall Publicaiton, Dhaka. He is also the contributor (chapter author) of 'ইসলামী রাষ্ট্র চিন্তা' (Islamic Political Thought) of ইসলামী বিশ্বকোষ প্রকল্প (Islamic Encyclopedia Project), Islamic Foundation Bangladesh. He translated and edited of 5 more books which have been published by BIIT. He delivered a lot of Lectures and presented more than hundred papers on higher education especially on epistemology, curriculum and textbook writings both at home and abroad. He is the Executive Editor of two academic Journals- Bangladesh Journal of Islamic Thought (BJIT) and International Journal of Islamic Thoughts (IJITs).
